Custom Signet Rings

The custom solid sterling silver signets seen on our Instagram are generally in the range of $600-1000 based on the intricacy of the design.


A custom signet takes 2-4 weeks from the date the cusotmer has signed off on a final design and cost estimate. and we have received a 50% deposit via paypal. Please contact for further information on a custom signet order.

Ethically Sourced Diamonds and Gold

We source all diamonds from a single 3rd generation family run business who oversees the production of the diamonds from the mines through the cutting facilities. While the majority of our diamonds do not come with a GIA certification we will be happy to provide an affidavit of fair and ethical sourcing from our supplier upon the purchase of a ring.


All gold used in the construction of our jewelry comes from a single New York city based casting facility that used only 100% recycled content.

Ring Resizing Procedure

We will resize any Digby & Iona ring free of charge, however the customer must covers all shipping costs. For domestic orders, please send the unused ring in its original packaging along with a self addressed prepaid and fully insured UPS label within 30 days of receipt to the studio address below. For all international orders, please contact us before shipping to arrange payment for return shipping of the resized ring. Please also include a note indicating the new ring size.

Please note, for domestic orders we can only accept returns or exchanges sent via UPS, the USPS has zero accountability when it comes to lost or misplaced packages, only UPS will insure and refund in the case that something happens.

Domestic Rates 
  • All forms of UPS from Ground to Express Overnight are available, price varies based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
International Rates
  • USPS Priority Mail 7-10 day is a flat rate of $20 worldwide. This service is not trackable or insured.
  • USPS Express Mail 5-7 day is a flat rate of $40 worldwide. Thgis service is trackable but not insured.
  • All forms of UPS International 1-2 day service are available, price varies based on location and will be calculated at checkout. This service is fully insured and trackable.


How do I determine my ring size?

The best solution is to pay a visit to your local jeweler to be professionally sized, however there are several other simple methods that can be used. 

A printable ring size chart can be downloaded here, following the simple instructions provided should give an accurate sizing. 

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom purchase, PLEASE first contact us via email at to arrange the return BEFORE shipping. After you have recieved confimation, please return the non-custom order item in original condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the original purchase price. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs - shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error has been made.
All returned merchandise must be sent back in original condition. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
For returns within the US items must be return through UPS, it is the only shipper that will reliably pay damages for merchandise lost or damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to North America and all other international locations. We strongly recommend shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss in the care of the shipping agent.
Please note: in the case of all purchases and returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In addition, paying for 3-Day shipping does not guarantee that you will get your item in 3 days. It does however shorten the time your item will spend in transit. If you absolutely need something by a certain date, please email or call to find out the item’s current availability.

Cancellation Policy

An order my be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already shipped within that time period, the merchandise may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price less all shipping costs.

Please be sure of your purchase before placing any order, however if you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible by email or by phone 646 462 2669.

Please note: all custom orders are not applicable to the cancelation policy.

Can I use my own gem?

We are open to using customer provided gems on a case to case basis. We generally like to use heirloom diamonds but are open to discussing any custom job. Please note that since we cannot know the history, wear and use of a gem we cannot guarantee replacement if it becomes chipped or dmaged in the setting process. We alkso cannot work with CZ, moissanite or any other synthetic gem.
